Mega Sardines Bihon

Ingredients:
Procedure:
- Soak the bihon or in cold
water while preparing all the ingredients.
- Sauté garlic and onion.
Add sardines (meat). Wait for a few minutes until it blends.
- Drain the bihon.
- Add the bihon to the
sautéed pan and flavor it with soy sauce
- Sprinkle with chopped
parsley or mix ahead while the noodles are still hot.
- Serve with pandesal or
bread.
