Mega Sardines Bihon

Ingredients:

  • 2 (155g) cans Mega Sardines in Natural Oil (sauce set aside)

  • 200 g pancit bihon

  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp onion, chopped

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • salt and pepper

  • parsley, chopped

Procedure:

  1. Soak the bihon or in cold water while preparing all the ingredients.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion. Add sardines (meat). Wait for a few minutes until it blends.
  3. Drain the bihon.
  4. Add the bihon to the sautéed pan and flavor it with soy sauce
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or mix ahead while the noodles are still hot.
  6. Serve with pandesal or bread.
