Mega Misua
Ingredients:

Ingredients:
2 (155g) cans of Mega
Sardines in Tomato Sauce w/ Chili
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp onion, chopped
1 tbsp kinchay,
pinched
1 tbsp of cooking oil
¼ kilo of misua
2 cups of water
pinch of salt
Dashed of seasoning
Procedure:
- Sauté garlic and onion.
- Add Mega Sardines. Let it
simmer for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups of water and wait until it boils.
- Drop the misua and have it
simmer for 2 minutes. Add salt and seasonings.
- Serve in a bowl and
sprinkle kinchay over the misua.
- Serve while steaming hot.
Makes : 4 - 6 servings
