Mega Misua

Ingredients:

2 (155g) cans of Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce w/ Chili

1 tbsp garlic, chopped

1 tbsp onion, chopped

1 tbsp kinchay, pinched

1 tbsp of cooking oil

¼ kilo of misua

2 cups of water

pinch of salt

Dashed of seasoning

  1. Sauté garlic and onion.
  2. Add Mega Sardines. Let it simmer  for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups of water and wait until it boils.
  3. Drop the misua and have it simmer for 2 minutes. Add salt and seasonings.
  4. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle kinchay over the misua.
  5. Serve while steaming hot.

Makes : 4 - 6 servings
