Mega Sardines on Toast

Ingredients:

2 (155g) cans of Mega
Sardines in Tomato Sauce (sauce set aside)

25 g butter
-
olives, chopped
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
(extra for garnish)

4 thick slices ciabatta
or slices of pandesal
Procedure:
- Preheat the grill.
- Mix the butter, chopped
olives, lemon juice and chopped parsley. Season to taste.
- Toast the bread. Put the
sardines on a baking tray and grill.
- Spread the toast roughly
with butter and top with sardines.
- Garnish with fresh
parsley.
