Quick Mega Sardines Tacos
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Red mega Sardines, flaked
1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
8 pcs. lettuce leaves
1 cup baconbits
Spread:
Combine 2 T Dijon mustard, 2 eggyolks, 1 T olive oil, 1 T cream cheese, 1 tsp. chili powder, pepper to taste.
Procedure:
1) Spread 1 T each onto Taco shells and stuff with lettuce leaves, sardines, bacon bits and grated cheese.
2) Toast 2 minutes in oven toaster.
